The SP Double Nozzle is specially made for 6kW to 12kW laser cutting systems. With two gas channels, it allows better control of the gas flow to improve cut quality. The inner nozzle provides cutting gas, while the outer nozzle delivers a shielding or cooling layer. This reduces oxidation, cools the material, and protects the optics from spatter. It is ideal for high-speed, high-precision cutting of reflective or thick materials.
