Acceptance of terms

By using our online portal for spare parts, the customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Laser Cart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. If the customer does not agree with any part of these terms, he or she may not be allowed to use our services.

Registration

To access features of the portal, the customer will be required to register an account, for which the customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Ordering and payment

The customer may place orders for spare parts through the online portal. All orders shall be subject to the availability of the products at our facility.

Payment may be made by any of the following modes for the purchase of any spare parts:

• Credit and debit cards
• Digital wallets
• Cash on delivery

Prices of the products are subject to change without any notice.

Shipping and delivery

• We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of the product, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
• We will not be responsible for the delay where the delay is caused by any act or omission of the customer or a Force Majeure Event.
• The customer shall be responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges due to incorrect information shall be the customer’s responsibility.

Invoicing and document availability

• Invoices shall include transportation cost and shall be sent to the customer as a PDF attachment at the registered email address of the said customer.
• The customer shall communicate the email address where the invoices shall be sent, and promptly notify us if it is changed during a pending supply or in the case of future orders.

Returns and refunds

Returns will be accepted within seven (7) days after delivery of the product, subject to our return policy.

Product warranty

• Our spare parts come with a limited warranty. Details of the warranty are provided with the product.
• The warranty is void if the product is misused, modified, or not used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Intellectual property

• The content on the online portal is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• The customer shall not reproduce, distribute, or display any part of the portal without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our online portal or the purchase of our products (spare parts).

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the customer’s account and access to the portal at our discretion.

Service availability

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous availability of the online portal, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Security

We implement security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

Privacy policy

• We will collect and use only such personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
• By registering on our portal or using our online portal, the customer consents to the collection and use of their information as outlined in the privacy policy.

Lasercart’s Privacy Policy applies to use of this Site, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.

Place of jurisdiction

Any complaint or dispute shall only be settled by the Court of Gandhinagar, Gujarat, excluding all other Courts. The place of jurisdiction shall not be waived for any reason whatsoever, including pendent, concurrent or collateral nexus.
